Your time is valuable and our ongoing " flat weekly fee" maintenance programme ensures owners are able to rely on maintenance being done as and when required without regular inspections.

The only additional costs are materials are all major maintenance is discussed with you in advance. All work is carried out promptly in an efficient and courteous manner without large and unexpected labour costs.
