Cabinets Online are a boutique integrated supplier of office fit-outs as well as kitchen, bathroom and laundry renovation projects exclusively to trade suppliers.
Since 2003 their business energy needs have grown with the introduction of more equipment to run their operations.
Once we have evaluated their energy load profile, we identified the business was going to move to a small demand tariff and this was going to place downward pressure on the annual costs and we had estimated an 22% increase.
The strategy here was to optimise the solution for a long term benefit. We started with improving power factor to increase supply availability, improve and reduce lighting costs, produce onsite power with a commercial solar panel system all while maximising their tariff arrangement
